My question for YOU is...
"In one year's time, if nothing changes then what gets worse?"
It sometimes (often) feels easier and safer to stay in the planning mode. Perfectionism and procrastination can feel like massive blockers in our ADHD brains. If these insights resonate with you, let's talk about it.
We wait for the 'perfect' time
A question I might ask...
"How would this situation look if you let go of that story?"
If we can stop and question the thoughts and behaviours that are currently shaping our perspective we can unlock new ways forward. As your thinking partner I safely support you to move beyond your blocks and write new stories full of potential.
We tell ourselves stories
We don't see our strengths
A question I might ask...
"What strengths were you using when you were doing this?"
We bring your strengths back into your line of sight after years (often a lifetime) of being told you're 'too' this or 'not enough' that. Self-esteem and confidence is built by identifying and celebrating your strengths.
In our sessions we use your interest to inform our explorations. This could be positive interest in the form of novelty, challenge or connection. It could also be negative interest like drama, urgency or fear.
A question I might ask...
"What matters to you about this?"
Our brains are wired for interest
What is ADHD supportive coaching?
You've probably tried the productivity hacks. The routines, the apps, the wall of post-it notes. Maybe they helped for a while. Maybe they didn't. Either way, you already know that fixing your brain was never really the point.

ADHD coaching is something different.
It's a space to get genuinely curious about how your brain works — what drives you, what drains you, and what your emotions are actually trying to tell you. After years of feeling like you were falling short of some standard that was never built for you, it's a chance to finally swap self-criticism for self-understanding.
Â
Together we'll explore the beliefs that have been quietly shaping your experience, and uncover the very real strengths you already have — so you can start making decisions about your relationships, friendships and career that actually feel like you.
Â
This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about understanding the one you already are.
