Wired differently, just like you

Hello! I'm Ezzy Park

I was well into adulthood when I finally got my ADHD diagnosis. And like so many of us who find out later in life, my first reaction wasn't relief — it was a complicated mix of finally and why did nobody catch this sooner?

For the first time, decades of experiences started to make sense. The exhaustion of trying to keep up. The jobs where I was brilliant one minute and completely derailed the next. The friendships that somehow always ended up chaotic. The constant, grinding feeling that everyone else had been given a manual I never received.

That diagnosis didn't fix everything overnight.

But it gave me something I didn't have before — a place to start.

Coaching gave me the map I didn't know I needed

Not because it handed me a neat system or a productivity hack — but because it gave me a space to finally understand myself without judgement. To unpick the patterns. To connect the dots between my past and my present in a way that felt compassionate rather than critical.

Through coaching I learned to advocate for my needs at work, in a world that had no idea how to support someone like me. I started to understand what kept pulling me into draining friendships and high-drama situations. I stopped calling myself lazy for something that was never about laziness in the first place.

The biggest shift wasn't a strategy. It was learning to be on my own side.

I'm here to be your thinking partner

Before I became a coach I spent years working in Consumer Research, Brand Strategy and Product Development — work that was fundamentally about understanding how people think, feel and make decisions. I'm trained to look beneath the surface. To ask insightful questions. To find the patterns that aren't immediately obvious.

I also took an entrepreneurial detour for a couple of years (attempting that without knowing I had ADHD was definitely an experience). So if you've ever tried to build something while it felt like your brain was working against you, I see you!

Today, I'm helping people just like you navigate life with ADHD. I'm a certified ADHD-informed coach, accredited through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Originally from the UK, I'm now based in Cape Town, South Africa — which means I work fully online and across time zones.

What it feels like to work with me

Warm, but not woolly. I'll hold space for the hard stuff and also gently challenge you when it serves you.

Curious, not prescriptive. I'm not going to hand you a five-step system and send you on your way. We'll figure out what actually works for you by exploring your needs with curiosity.

No toxic positivity. I'm not going to tell you that ADHD is a superpower and everything is fine. Some of it is genuinely hard, and you deserve a space where you can say that.

And always, always — no shame. Whatever you bring to our sessions, we meet it with compassion first. I support and revere the LGBTQIA+ community and I encourage you to show up wholeheartedly, just like I will.

You've spent long enough figuring this out alone. If you're ready for what comes next, I'd love to hear your story.
